We’re delighted to share that our gallery artist Trish Morrissey has opened a new exhibition, Things Like That, a newly commissioned film and installation presented at Belfast Exposed.
Developed in response to the Belfast Exposed Archive, Things Like That explores questions of memory, authorship and the interpretation of archival material. The work approaches the archive not simply as a repository of images, but as a space shaped by power, intuition and care, bringing Morrissey’s thoughtful and performative approach to photography into dialogue with moving image and installation.
Trish Morrissey is an award-winning visual artist working across photography, performance and film. Born in Dublin and now based in Somerset, her internationally exhibited practice centres on the body, identity and storytelling.
Things Like That is on view at Belfast Exposed, Gallery II & Studio Gallery, from 5 February - 21 March 2026, open daily, 11am–5pm.
